In Ohio it was clear we were into cool temperatures … time for the long riding pants, balaclavas and gloves!

While actual museums and artifacts were sparse in Canada, we did encounter commemorative markers.

Even the overcast skies and dulled colors of the leaves couldn’t blunt our appreciation of some of the beautiful scenes along the way!

Carol has prepared another wonderful snack for us and has it ready for us the minute we meet up with her!

Other such signs included advising avoiding hitting turtles, rabbits, ducks, and of course, deer.
